NOTE: at present, these are being rolled out across our customer base. Most group accounts have these updates and 10% of the rest of our customers have them. If you don’t yet have them, you will soon!

5 Ways Your Emails and Videos Tabs Just Got Better

Across the top of your BombBomb account are primary work areas, including Emails and Videos. When these updates hit your account, you’ll see them in these tabs.

The five improvements listed below help you locate the assets you’re looking for faster and help you keep a rich and growing library of emails and videos more organized.

1 Auto Labels for Your Emails

We’re now auto labeling all your emails based on where you created them.

In Auto Labels on the left side of the Emails tab, you can look at:

• All Emails
• Emails created in the drag and drop Composer
• Emails created in the Quick Send
• Emails created in the iOS or Android mobile app

Click any of the auto labels to look exclusively at those types of Emails. For example, we’re looking at Composer emails only in the image below.

You can preview or edit your emails to the right.

And under the drop down are all your normal options.

2 Auto Labels for Your Videos

We’re also making auto labels for your videos based on how you got them into your account.

In Auto Labels on the left side of the Videos tab, you can look at:

• All Videos
• Videos recorded live in your BombBomb account
• Videos uploaded into your BombBomb account
• Videos recorded or brought in from your camera roll in the mobile app
• Videos recorded live in Gmail
• Videos recorded or uploaded through one of our integration partners

As with Emails, just click the Videos auto label to look at that type of Video. We’re looking at Gmail videos below …

As with Emails, you can preview and edit, as well as access all the options through the drop down.

3 Improved Emails and Videos Layout Overall

If you’re familiar with BombBomb as it was, you immediately notice a cleaner, more horizontal layout.

This allows for more details about each email and video to be displayed in a streamlined way.

If you have My Labels (described below) on any of your emails or videos, that’s displayed, along with creation date and other details about the asset.

Pagination is also gone, so you no longer need to click from page to page to see more of your assets. Instead, just keep scrolling down – we’ll keep loading and displaying more emails and videos until we’ve shown you all of them.

4 Improved Custom Labels

In addition to the Auto Labels we generate for you, custom labels are available.

Click the edit pencil next to “My Labels” and create a new label. Title it and choose a color for it.

To apply a custom label, just drag the email or video onto the label. Or drag the label onto the email or the video!

Multiple labels can be given to any single video or email.

5 Most Current Group Assets

If you’re in a group that’s deploying assets to all its group members (click here to learn more about team accounts with BombBomb) or if you signed up with a bonus content package, you’re getting an upgrade through this.

Rather than populating every asset into your account, we give you access to the newest version of any email or video.

You can preview it and, if desired, click “Use” to have it load into your account.

NOTE: This is also a nice win for anyone administering emails and videos across a sales team in BombBomb.
