How we’ll manage nominations and create influencer lists:
The primary goals of this project are to celebrate and educate. The latter will come naturally. The former, however, demands art and science. Celebrating the best by ranking mortgage video professionals.
The judging process for the final rankings will factor in:
– The initial notes from the person nominating
– The quantity and consistency of video use
– The effectiveness of communication in video
– The creativity shown and differentiation created in video
– And, in some cases, the production quality of videos
We’ll employ objective scoring and subjective “know it when we see it” to create the final lists.
